• Include a $25.00 deposit per key card with your membership payment.

• Checks can be made payable to: Village of Gratiot.

• You can either mail a check and completed form to P.O. Box 189, Gratiot, WI 53541 or place them in the Village drop box.

• You will be notified when your key is ready for pick-up.
